Desmond M. Purcell FSCSI FRICS

Des commenced auctioneering in 1965 and has over forty years continuous experience in the business. He is responsible for the Commercial Department including residential, industrial, commercial and agricultural land sales, retail sales and lettings and investment. He is a Fellow of the Irish Auctioneers and Valuers Institute, a former President of Junior Chamber Waterford, Waterford Rotary Club and former Chairman of the South East Branch of the Irish Auctioneers and Valuers Institute.

Conor Purcell Assoc. SCSI / Assoc. RICS

Conor is an Associate Member of the RICS and Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland and specifically handles the sale of all residential properties including new homes as well as smaller commercial sales and lettings. Contact number: 086 385 8129

Kevin Alfred MRICS BSc MRICS MSCSI ACIArb

Kevin is a Chartered Surveyor with over 25 years experience in property and specialises in the valuation of land and commercial property, rent reviews and Compulsory Purchase He is one of only handful RICS Registered Valuers in Ireland and the first outside of Dublin. He an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and acts as an Arbitrator and Independent Expert in rent reviews.

Esther Corbett M.I.A.B

Esther is our Accounts Manager. She joined Purcell Properties in 1998 having previously worked in an old established Accounting practice in Clonmel. Esther is also PA to Des Purcell, responsible for reception and all general office administration.
